in the premiership,...god forbid, what the devil would manure or chelski done against us today?? it would have been a fuckin huge mismatch, and we can firmly dismiss any thought of him being in charge when we are promoted,

we will just be absolutely fuckin slaughtered every game,..swansea were probably amazed how piss easy it was to win possession and keep the ball, and to not have to work really hard in defence,..probably thinking `how have these useless cunts been top all season..?`,..i must admit, i was thinking exactly the same Big Grin

wouldn`t expect us to be pissing all over them,....just to try and live with them would be difficult enough,..we couldn`t get the ball off swansea man, these premiership sides would pass us to death

His previous 2 disasterous stints last season proved he`s not up to it.
God help this club if we get to the Premier League and Fat Cunt doesn`t sell up & Hughton has another crack.
Remember the painful 5-1 drubbing by an average Liverpool side last season?
Well that`ll happen week in week out under this owner & Manager.
Nowt against Hughton, nice Bloke but not a good Manager I`m afraid.

All I'm saying is that there won't be many teams that sack the manager that has just got you promoted...................

Given Ashleys dealings in the club so far I doubt very much we would get anybody better

It's all very well us as fans wishing for this manager and that manager but I'd rather have continuity with Hughton than revisit the days of a Kinnear or such like

Cheap Young players like Best and Simpson are what they will be looking at.

so if hughton is to do well in the premiership,..how many players would he need to bring in, and how many in reality will he be allowed to bring in??

if he was given £40m, just as a guess, he may be able to make us a bit more competitive against the majority of premiership sides

we will need a manager who is good at getting the best out of shit players if we go up to try and survive in the premiership.... Keegan would have been ideal (thanks Ashley). Fuckin Geremi looked like a world beater under Keegan.

I can't see it mate.......I know Ashleys a clueless cunt but he must see that even minimum investment will see him lose money long term

I think so too.

Simpson and Routledge have been bought to be key players, even in the premiership.

M8 he is risking us not going up by not investing enough on players now. Look at who he brings in, Leon Best a player who has been shite at every club he's played for when he could have brought in Beckford for £2m. I dont give a shite what anyone says the kid knows where the back of the net is even if its at a league below this one.

I believe if he was here now he would be banging in the goals getting crosses off our wingers. The fat cunt will hope we go up without spending much and hope somebody buys the club which they wont because with Man City being the spenders they are any potential owner will think whats the points its not as though NUFC will win anything.

Are newly promoted teams only allowed to play Man Utd and Chelsea then?

We were playing AWAY against a club with promotion aspirations like ourselves. We drew despite playing shite. Newly promoted clubs will expect to be beaten home and away by the likes of Man Utd and Chelsea. In fact if we're to be promoted (not that we deserve to because our fans are fickle fuckwits who boo them off at half time for not being 4-0 up) I would expect nothing more than to finish in 17th place.

The way some people talk it's like we will be challenging for the league title in the first season up.
