team motivation

a club insider has just told me that pardew didnt have much to say at halftime yesterday and was a bit lost- it was carver and stone that were doing all the talking and got the lads motivated and up for the second half-well done those men

Nee clues as to who this club insider was. By the sounds of it he must be someone of note to be in the actual dressing-room.

RE: team motivation

i think Pardews taken this close season to heart, hes looked a shadown of his cockyness recently and i think weve got to him.

hes also quoted and saying he looked forward to taking the lads for a few in town, and yet Barpards mate saw him on the ferry to Amsterdam,

RE: team motivation

Wouldn't believe a word of it to be honest.

Pardew has done class for us so far this season, got the players up for it despite all the off field stuff and bad press.

If someone had said a few weeks ago we'd have 4 points on the board from those two games and no goals conceded not many would've believed it.

barton was just to highlight how weak pards was and change was needed, then took a back seat as carvs and stoney took over
