Allow him to joke, that's all it was. Might not be funny but it was a joke.

Quote:In our last two matches, Aston Villa and Gillingham were both very defensive and that makes it difficult for a No.9 like Manu to score when teams pack their defence. I think it will be the same on Saturday.

No its because you play a lone striker and don't have the midfield advanced enough to support so leave him isolated you clueless cunt Hissyfit

Who should he play upfront though OM and who should be dropped to accommodate him?

Could go with De Jong (when fit), Perez, Ferreyra up front in support

Or he could drop the 4-2-3-1 that doesn't work and play that 433 with the wide players cutting inside in support that works every time we play it but for some reason we never stick to it

As for who should be dropped...Sissoko

I can see why he doesn't then

I think de jong will be played as a second striker but as I've said before, I think that would be watering down two positions out of sheer desperation

I never said De Jong as a second striker, play him in his natural advanced midfield position to link up the midfield and Riviere

So why do you think he sticks with what we keep playing?

I didn't say you said De jong would be played as a second striker....I said it because thats what I think will happen if we don't sign a 'recognised' striker

I also think fans expectations have been well and truly fuckin managed when the manager gets the blame for Riviere and Perez not setting the Premier Lreague on fire
