Benitez does like to rotate. My bin dipper friend tells me it's a rare day when he plays the same team twice on the bounce. A midweek cup game probably had some say in it too.

Am sure there was a stat about while at Liverpool when he went 99 games without playing the same team twice on the bounce!

I have no problem with the rotation - the whole point of Rafa's "two players for each position" policy is that we can do this. I think the problem here was a simple error of judgement on Rafa's part as to how to tackle Wolves, and over-confidence on the part of our players that they were in their stride now and Wolves - a team that just shipped four a couple of days earlier - would be a walk over. I anticipate this will be remedied tonight, and though Wolves are likely to field a weakened team anyway, I anticipate a strong reaction to Saturday.
