And to think they were 5th.

The only time they threatened was after the third when we took foot off the gas for 10-15 minutes.

We're Newcastle and we're gonna win the league!!

Big time Chris, and the pleasing thing for me was that we never took our foot off their neck, right up to the end we where chasing and closing down rather than settle for 2.

Good, i think they have been warned about complacency. Show no mercy in sport, give the opposition no chance to come back.

Exactly mate, I know it's 3 points whether it's 2-0 or 4-0, but the message to the rest of the league is the thing, we have the team, the manager, the support to overwhelm this league, and the more often it's done, the better.
We're better than the shower of shite in this league, and the sooner we're out the better.

What was the crack with people putting their phone lights on in the second half?

It's inevitably copied from someone else, Indian cricket supporters apparently, bloody stupid idea if you ask me, but this is what happens when you give the average human some technology, it's like giving a Chimp a Rubik cube to play with.

Didn't mind it to be honest but it was a bit random..wouldn't like it to be a regular thing.

Things are best when they are done spontaneously off the cuff..when they become forced and just something that you do for the sake of it it loses the appeal..like the 17th min clap (which is actually the 18th minute).
