It's a farce, knowing there will be 30,000 empty seats at Wembley

Makes no sense at all.

We could sell triple the allocation, they should just get on with it and open it up some.

RE: Spurs away

Sorry we don’t have any spares. It sold out today as well.

It is an absolute joke that there’ll be so many empty seats.

If you’re only needing one, you might land lucky on the day near the ground.

Hope you get sorted.

It’s amazing what 1 win does to away ticket sales!

About another 400 Wolves tickets shifted since the weekend, only 1,350 or so left now.

We may have a backdoor box invite yet, if that happens it will mean we have extra tickets anyways, so all good.

Was hoping this one would be in their new ground, thats why we had picked it out but hey ho, Wemberley it is.

This is why Wembley stadium has lost it's prestige, it used to be the sacred turf in which players could only dream of playing there in a cup final, now every man and his dog is able to run around on it, such a shame and also why the FA cup has lost a lot of the passion it enjoyed in the old twin tower days

I was 10 or 11 with my mam and on the seats at the front that hardly had a slope, saw hardly any of the game but some kind Geordie bloke lifted me up so i could see the teams coming out, somehow saw Lee's goal aswell.

But aye, basically a home game for them.

your mum took you to wembley? that's a rather unusual thing to happen, although very admirable of her.

RE: Spurs away

Yes living in Surrey I was hoping to get a ticket. I probably could in the Spurs bit but no thanks. I wasn’t surprised to see the 3,200 allocation sold out. I think the limit on the crowd is only 52,000 makes no fucking sense. Oh well it’s on the box. The last time I visited Wembley was to watch North Shields when they won the F.A.Vase. I was brought up in that part of the world as in North Shields not Wembley. The area round the stadium is proper shit, really run down rough as fuck some might say.

I went to see Whitley Bay twice aswell they won the vase three years running, that’s where I lived, and Tynemouth until I went to College down south to do my training. I have never worked in the North East closest I got was the Lake District near Kendal. Always liked to go back and visit family and of course SJP. No family up there now so now I just return to go to the odd game and visit some of the old haunts.

Richard Keys on twatter today

Quote:Rafa Benitez has now spent £145m in 3 years at Newcastle. In the same period Pochettino has spent £179m at Spurs - and guided them into the top 3 in each of the last 3 seasons.

Quite pleased that I didn’t go although I live in Surrey to get to Wembley is a pain in the neck. Driving involves either M25 or trying to get around the North Circular which is awful. Public transport is at least a couple of hours probably more. All power to the 3,200 who went and backed the team superbly.
