Land next to St James sold
No chance of expanding SJP now. Hypethetically in dreamland if the club were to build a new stadium where would you have it?

Should we ever need to, couldn’t we simply stay at St James’ whilst a new and larger purpose built stadium was constructed on the Town Moor?
Apart from a few wifies, sheep, weirdos and oh gippo festival organisers, who would be bothered?
Or am I missing something very fundamental?
Either way, no need for any extra capacity whilst good old FCB is at the helm.

No fucking chance - you couldn't even take your cow to graze there:

Anyone who's got a cow wanting grazing on the the town moor I can arrange this. We need a few since the farmer retired.

Alan Shearer is a Freeman of the city. Where’s he going to drive his sheep?
Bloody crappy autocorrect.
And stumpy fingers.

Leave it where it is it’s location is brilliant compared to where other clubs have their stadiums.

If the City continues to expand, the natural progression would be to flatten St James’ and build on the site.
The Town Moor is not that far away & if the City were to sprawl that way, then another metro station could probably be added.
It’s all pie in the sky though, as we currently have no need to expand the stadium.

RE: Land next to St James sold
Imagine if the east and gallowgate stands were the same as the west and leazes, it would be fucking incredible, 68 thousand.
It's still class anyway, but the old place needs a good clean and refurbishment, as the cunt is neglecting everything, bet the SD signs are sparkling, mind.
Fuck off Mike, you cunt.

They can’t build on top of the east stand so I believe? Not sure why.
