I think this particular game would suit Diame for Hayden

Not sure if they've just been so intense in their play that we just couldn't get going, that was a massive effort from them right in our faces very physical and not giving our lot a second on the ball....can they keep it up

That’s a terrible first half from us. No cohesion at all, we simply didn’t string more than 3 passes together.

Rondon has been poor. He’s isolated but he usually does better at hold up than that.

Miggy is missing his passes too. Ritchie’s delivery has been below standard.

Can only get better. I fuckin hope.

I think that's pretty much his role - playing at fullback he can't afford to get sucked in to play where he isn't going to be able to get back

Not everytime..he should be looking for Almiron more than he is.

Bad day at the office, at least we are 6 clear.

I've got mixed feelings about Perez - he's always willing to make himself available, much of our play goes through him but ultimately he just isn't good enough to make us tick

Yes the better team won they looked dangerous every time they attacked. We were better in the second half the effort was there but the end product unfortunately not. I did say 7 points from the last 4 games would be ok. That is how it has turned out we were robbed at Wolves having said that.

RE: NUFC v West Ham - Match Thread

Quite a disappointing end to our run of decent performances. Despite West Ham playing some very slick pass and move stuff, I think we made it very easy for them, being off the pace for the majority of the game. I was expecting more than we gave.

But hey ho, never mind and all that jazz. I’m still optimistic that we can get something from Everton next week.

Note about Chicarito. Fuck you you cheating little cunt. Stay on your feet you wanker.

RE: NUFC v West Ham - Match Thread

That is West Ham 5 Us 0 over the two games not a great return but hey ho we won the games we needed to then in true NUFC style come crashing back down to earth with a loud bang. At the moment it’s the same pattern every season same for most teams bar the top 6/7. The Premiership is rather predictable these days.
