I was the opposite, wasn't gonna have a drink if we lost as i was that pissed off, then i errr, drank too much.

Why is there not retrospective action against Pickford as the ref didn’t give a yellow so surely FA should look again?

If the ref sees the infringement and decides not to punish, then there's no retrospective action that the FA can take. Their own rules.
