NUFC v Southampton

They were lucky to not be a player down early on. Pathetic decision from the ref. Fab play from the team to go 2-0 up. Ki nearly scored a cracker to make it 3-0, but then typically they scored to make it 2-1. We held on and then another piece of Perez magic to get his hat-trick and us a valuable 3 points in our fight to stay up. Get in!

Brilliant first half, a bit laboured in the second but that's a fantastic win

Perez takes the glory, the determination he showed to get to rondons cross for the 2nd was admirable... The dirty bastards managed to kick miggy out of the game eventually which was clearly their gameplan, no fucking clue how to handle him so just chopped him down time and again.. Shout out for hayden who I thought was immense specially first half, we should be trying everything to keep him here because he is developing into a cracking player.

Cracking win, agree with Mac but had the ref done his job it would have been more comfortable.

Yep great result good game to watch. Shame about the injuries but that’s the life of a sports person. They should have been down to 10 men. We dug in 2nd half and got what we deserved 3 points to reach the 40+ mark. Perez was superb today see the ££ signs lighting up Ashley’s eyes. Oh well the joy of being an NUFC supporter and then the realisation that we still have the fat controller in charge and he does have a nasty habit of fucking things up. Still results like today’s are very enjoyable and try as he might he can’t spoil that warm feeling at the end of a successful outcome like today.

Once again rafa managing a season as I've said a million times....give him the same funds as the likes of wolves and we'd do a leicester.

Obviously the same people's would be complaining about the style of football we'd be playing as is usual but they'd still be welcomed to party ?

Our tactics were spot on haha. We really got amongst them first half and second half once we settled back into the game having to reshuffle after the two injuries we scored a very good third goal which enabled us to see the game out comfortably at the end. Job done for this season.
