Open revolt already?

Spurs had 79.8% possession...

Backs to the wall, rather than competed, wouldn’t you say.

Credit where’s its due. That was a committed gutsy performance.

They may have had all the possession but rarely threatened due the work of the midfield

I still don’t like the fat knacker

Rafa’s tactics, however I don’t understand why Bruce changed them in the first place.

I watched the press conference and I’m sure Steve was a little teary at his first win.

Competed as in we didn't get the expected embarrasing hammering and looked dangerous in attack especially considering the big changes we have had in the last few months.

It would be nice to have a bit more posession though. Hopefully this will come with time as we continue the rebuild. A replacement for Lascelles in January?

The rebuild?

Do you mean the continuous buy and sell process done mostly at the last minute so the team never gels

Christ your ambitions for our club are limited

I think he means the training facilities.

Would they have won if we'd all stuck together?

Our squad value is increasing. We've been bringing in more quality with Almiron in January and Maxi and Joe this summer and should bring another in January.

Would who have won?

No. Some good players have left but were difficult to keep, but overall the squad and the finances are improving which means by every transfer window we are and should improve. It's frustrating at the moment we have Maxi and Carroll injured as I think those two would really improve our strength on the pitch on top of what we have already and have shown against Spurs.

Finances haha

You mean where we make a profit yet again and Ashley's debt doesn't reduce despite him taking millions out

Well there's a surprise. Since he left us, he's been injured as often as he's been fit.

Well technically he's not injured, he's just not match fit I believe, not far off though.

As stated before under Rafa this would be seen as a master class credit where it is due. Let’s continue on Saturday v Watford who themselves have struggled thus far.

Indeed, one swallow does not make a summer. Even McClown won away to Spurs.

Open revolt already?

I personally see little point in analysing Bruce's performances on a match to match basis

He just shouldn't be here - its a simple as that

For our club to employ a statistically average/poor manager to take the reigns from Benitez tells you everything you need to know

Let the likes of t00nraider make a tit of himself trying to prove otherwise

RE: Open revolt already?

What like your post McCunt?

So there is no point in analysing a Head Coach's performance after each match? Tell that to Shearer you plumb.

We know he shouldn't be here but he is so we have to deal with it. We already knew what it meant when he was appointed.

The Spurs game showed we have a chance of doing ok even with Bruce as he picked the right players and tactics. As Chopra said credit where credit due!

Well after the Spurs game, we now know Bruce has found Rafa's book of tactics in one of his desk draws..
