Even for charidy, have you/would you ever stoop so low?
Personally I would rather be dragged a mile over rusty nails by me clems than degrade myself to that extent!

I listen to the Danny Baker podcasts where I first heard this lark about wearing opposition shirts for charity and whilst I think you should do almost all you can for charity, I can understand that Al has a reputation to maintain, its hardly going to hurt though is it, fun like.

Shearer said: "I won't wear it
! I will donate money to the charity but I won't wear that shirt.

"I would NEVER live it down.

"I will pay whatever you ask, but you can keep the shirt".

Good on him, might of felt pressured into doing it as he was on TV, but instantly rejected it, not an easy thing to do

I hate all this "Oh go on, it's for charidee" bollox, usually perpetrated by celebs, most of whom would demean themselves just to get their name publicised..............................er, I mean, help those less fortunate. What next? Have your toes amputated because 'it's for charidee'. Good man Al.

I fucking hate all this chugging bollocks that goes on. Charity is supposed to be entirely voluntary. All this bullying people into participating is offensive. I fucking hate chuggers - they're everywhere rattling their stupid tins and trying to flog shite fucking roses in pubs etc. Then when you refuse they say really loudly "but it's to help abused children with sick grandparents and lame donkeys" and shit in an attempt to embarrass and intimidate. If I walked up to someone, pointed a loaded gun at their head and said "give me some money or I'll shoot" I'm sure I'd get arrested eventually. Well why should these scumbag chugger scroungers be any different? CUNTS!

Stop being so fuckin miserable - it's all for good causes.

Ask any third world warlord, drugs baron or bent politician. 95% of the recipients from Live Aid can't all be wrong.

On a different note....Shearer is a fuckin legend!!
