of course they`re both deed now and they would be fuckin gutted if they were still kicking to see what these cockerny cunts are doing to our fuckin club, man its a sham

It's just what you do in our family. Every male in our family is black'n white, anything else in totally unacceptable. Anyhow, when I was growing up the mackem tackems have always been utter shite, yes even worse than us so not much choice. Not like there was a Man U on your doorstep.

nunth there must be a distant memory, i know your knocking on a bit but there must be a spark that endeared you to this club, i don`t go for that "its in the blood" business,..i mean what if being gay had been "in the blood" would you have just succumbed to that as well,. there must be a player or a first match or summit mate,..howay

Born and brought up in Chester-le-Street - Dad was a Mackem, Granda a Geordie through and through. Granda was much better at taking the piss out of the Mackems than Dad was at taking the piss out of the Toon.

Granda was a super hero, Dad was a bit of a wimp - easy choice.

Dad used to follow them home and away and took me to my first game when I was 9 back in 84/85 season. Been hooked ever since and still have the programme from that day signed by Keegan and Beardsley.

Moved to Newcastle from Ireland when I was 3. My mates dad used to take us both to the games and I became hooked. Consider myself a Geordie as I spent the bulk of my life here.

As a very small child I was brought up in an Hebburn street full of Sunderland supporters. I, didn't know any better when my Da asked me what I wanted for Christmas, I replied I wanted a Sunderland strip just like the rest of the lads.

On Christmas day, the Johnny Seven was there and the Action Man and a brown paper parcel. I knew that was my new football kit. The puzzlement on my face must have spoke volumes as I pulled from the parcel a Green top, green shorts and green socks.(Goalies strip in them days).

Me Fatha then said "you can play for any team you like but you'll never wear red and white stripes son".

In them days, after boxing day, the next match was the third round of the FA Cup. We played Carlisle United that afternoon, My dad took me to SJP Hence my addiction to all that is Newcastle United. Guess what , we lost.

I have remained a loyal and faithful Newcastle fan since that day.

The ups and downs come and go but one thing I am so proud of is the fact I'm Black and white.

Thanks Da xx
