None of the top 4 will want him.
Villa and Spurs won't, City won't, when they can get practically anyone they like.
If we stay up, he'll probably stay here.
If we go down, he'll join a side like Wigan, a decent team who would actually want him.

He is defo on his way.

Nothing to do with money, but Capello wont even consider him for the England team while he is here.

I think he'd rather retire early than play another season in our train wreck of a club

Think he might go abroad

More chance of him playing for free than playing for us next season

Not a chance will he stay relegated or not, his recent body language says it all, he wants out of our soap opera and who can blame him, personally i'd be glad to see the back of him, he's too injury prone, we can hardly say we've have value for money out of him

i don't care

A total white elephant of a signing which epitomised shepherd's regime.

Tight for money, need defenders and midfielders **BAM** club record fee on a striker with a history of injury a hypochondriac would kill for

Little money grabbing cunt can fuck off now for my money.

Selfish greedy dwarf who stinks of horse............and stuff. So pleased he lost a bomb with that daft cunt Stanford.

Never tried to bond with the fans in any way - and a few gestures at away matches don't count. He couldn't give a flying fuck, and should be dismissed for non-attendance at a place of work or apathy.

apart from he virtually single handed prevented our relegation last season and if we didn't have an arsehole for a "manager" who does not even pick him, he'd do the same this season.

sorry, but the day our club is too good for genuine world class players is the day I fuckin give up all this shite.

I just feel that Mr Owen is on a free ride. He has done nothing to make me think he has been anything other than a freeloader.

I stand by my statement.

Good player or not Flip he has been a disaster financially for the club. as ive stated on another thread so far he has cost the club over £39m in wages and his transfer fee, yes he did save us from the drop last season but he's getting well paid to do that.

Because Whelan wanted him before he joined us. It was between us and Wigan who got him.
