He's nowt but a pusher

Following an Independent Regulatory Commission held today (Monday 3 September 2012), Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has been given a two-match touchline suspension and fined £20,000 after he accepted an FA charge of improper conduct.
Pardew, who requested a personal hearing, was charged following an incident which occurred during his side's match against Tottenham Hotspur on 18th August, 2012.
The suspension will take place with immediate effect.

Could have been much worse like. Had a player done that there would be hell on - Had Joey Barton for example, or Super Mario done it, there would be calls for a public tar and feather.

Aye but you could tell there was no malice and no great intention. Was quite funny if im honest.

Lets just hope we have a walkie talkie sorted prior to the matches this time!

What effect would that have on things though - having your manager banned from the touchline? Very little shirely?

None that I can see, a lot of them used to sit in the stand anyway, get a better view. Althought he 20K seems a tad harsh, it isn't as if he kung fu-ed the fucker.

It was a bit of a Dick Emery push though wasn't it? And where does this 20K go anyway?

The Russian FA got fined marginally more (in football terms) for monkey chants...

Mental.
