Just win.

We did. Well played. Enjoy the victory. All else matters little at this point.

Could and should have scored at least 4 goals today. Sissoko chance one on one and Shola strike well saved by Ruddy were examples. Happy we got the win in the end though.

4-2 Southampton home last season..did we beat west ham 5-0 under him or was it Hughton?

Whatever it is very rare as he sits on a lead rather than killing games off.

To be honest, I dont think the problem is our not going for the jugular as it is when we have these daft spells in games where players just give the ball away stupidly.

I'd much rather we could just knock the ball around simply and cleanly, then see Krul launch it up the field to watch it come straight back. Just keep the ball on the floor, pass it, keep it simple, force the other team to come for it and stand over the fucking thing when they do.

That's what fucks us up with Pardew, he likes his hoofs way too much.

Aye it is pretty annoying when we put some slick moves together..then the next minute we can't complete simple passes.

It's hugely annoying. Its my single biggest gripe watching football. I can't understand why any player at any club can just stupidly misplace a pass when under no pressure. Its sloppy, unnecessary and its basic concentration.

If there's nothing on, then pull up, look, and pass it back if you need to, not just roll it forward into two defenders, make them take the fucker off you. Grrr.

I agree, it's one of my pet hates when at a game, the amount of people who start complaining and booing when a ball is passed back to the defence or keeper

Aye..that then makes the players force a risky pass and give it away than just recycling..if we are drawing or losing and we keep going back..fair enough..not when we are winning though.
