I explained that I always try not to cross the line and I told you that I had the utmost respect for Ven and put him in the same bracket as my brother in law (who I used to go to the match with and have the utmost respect for his choices)
I told you it was a difficult one for me which wasn't exactly the flat out refusal you are trying to make out
Aye it was a bit terse. I replied quickly as I was heading out and should really have given you the courtesy of more time.
What I meant was you explained your reasons to me and I accepted them and moved on. I didn't reply by PM because I didn't think there was any point. In hindsight maybe a 'fairy nuff' would have been better.
It's not so much the slagging of fans or judging those who attend matches so much as the monotony of the same message being repeated in loads of threads that I think was the trigger for some to abandon the scene. Maybe try to mix it up a bit and be more creative? You're the ones inside my computer, so be more entertaining!

Remember past opportunities to exert some pressure on Ashley and no one could be arsed?

yes all the social media sabre rattling will kick off again, shouting mike ashley get out of our club outside his shops, then suddenly quiet as mice when he's sitting in the stadium for the match.

The only good thing about this is loads of people will not renew their tickets, i'd be disappointed if there is more than 45k at the Arsenal game as it stands.
Should be nee cunt there apart from Arsenal fans, like.

They should unfurl flags near every SD sign saying CUNT so they avoid showing them on the telly.

Not at all. I do like to point out when I get proved to be right when previously hammered for something.
It was also based on after reading reports we were ready to conclude a couple more decent deals. Not so confident now though but time will tell as the club like to leave it very late sometimes.
Protesting to date has been a total failure and embarrassment. Lots of people are still going to games and will continue to do so.

The only people embarrassing themselves are those who keep lining the fat cunts pockets.

A bunch of chavs shouting with geordie accents on TV is extremely embarrasing. Those lining MA's pockets are loyal supporters of the club wanting to help the club through a rough patch. We should have a decent squad for next season though and continue to improve into a solid Premier league team.
Spending £20mil on a player in January then £40mil 6 months later isn't too bad is it? If we can get a couple more solid players in I'll be one very happy fan.
