Howe I reckon, to mutually agree departure.

Or Moyes to actually be sacked, if things don't upturn by the end of March.

It’s always difficult with managers like Howe. He’s done brilliantly well. Going through a bad patch and he’s under pressure.

He seems a good guy too.

Howe has done a fabulous job, to be fair. But kind of suffering from his own success in a way I feel.

That's why I think he's right up there as next to go - as a mutual decision I think. Let him move on to another project, while the club bring in someone to stop their (recent) rot, and keep them safe.
