LIVERPOOL AWAY

might aswell get this over with

Liverpool unbeaten at home so far this season, only defeat on the road was at wet spam last month, recorded five consecutive wins since that match and will make that six against us.

There had to be moments during the 4-0 at leicester when their fans were chanting "going down, going down" where Eddie thought to himself why the fuck did i take this job?...because getting any passion commitment consistency out of this group is nigh on impossible, a big reason is most of them know even if they do bust a gut to try and keep us up they will be moved on in the summer anyway...so what's the fucking point?

score prediction: 7-1

RE: LIVERPOOL AWAY

I'm zoning out for the next two games, let's hope we are only 4 adrift instead of 9.

RE: LIVERPOOL AWAY

Wilson should have got deliberately booked against Leicester really, or he should in this game, so that he isn't banned when we play a winnable game.

Mind, i don't know when the yellow card thing resets.

LIVERPOOL AWAY

We will get hammered another 4-0 defeat at best, then judging by last night will be more of the same come Sunday. Let’s just hope for a Christmas miracle unfortunately it’s not a film it’s a game of football.

A mass covid outbreak at Liverpool and Citeh? A forced break of a couple of weeks would do us a favour

RE: LIVERPOOL AWAY

If anyones after a good omen, I had a ticket for tonight but decided not to go.

Knowing my luck, it’ll be a glorious away win now.

RE: LIVERPOOL AWAY

It was on the home end. I didn’t fancy the 6hr drive from work to watch us get beaten 10-0.

So expect a 0-1 win. A manquilo rocket from 40 yards

RE: LIVERPOOL AWAY

Better than the Leicester game at least.

Try and keep the score down against City then take it from there.

We can still stay up, just about.

Yes I thought we were ok and created more than v Leicester. Score was about right but better than I anticipated. Bring on City or being cynical COVID might give us some respite.

RE: LIVERPOOL AWAY

hmmm, maybe mike dean was right.. ConfusedConfused

Quote:The referee should stop play when a player is seriously injured. The general consensus is that a head injury, generally, is worthy of a stoppage. Add to that you have a young player down in a penalty area where he could get trodden on or hit in the head with a ball again the safe bet is to stop it. However, the exception to the rule is in the event of a Newcastle United player sustaining a head injury in his own pelanty area, and therefore by stopping the game could prevent Liverpool from scoring an equaliser.
