RE: Longstaff

Only good enough as backup in my opinion if we want to progress.
I don't think he'll sign to be a bench warmer, but who knows what Eddie has in store for him, he obviously sees him on a daily basis and can judge better than any of us. If he signs, I obviously hope he does very well and improves game by game.

He is 4th / 5th choice through the middle as things stand and we are likely to sign another central midfield player.

Would love to see him succeed here but if he stays I suspect he will barely play any games at all.

He was back to the player we saw when he first came in the side, the same player solksjaer was willing to cough up £50m for, a great player full of running, youthful exuberance if you like, relishing a midfield battle , scoring a few goals, but then like the rest of the team he was cabbaged.........would love him to be part of the dream team mandy and them are gonna give us but he may feel he's not gonna be a regular starter so might want to move on.

Loved the deeply worried look on eddies face when schar got knocked out, it's like "ahhhh fuck..... i'm gonna have to put lascelles on!!"

I'd pick him over Shelvey and Willock to be fair, he was awesome playing in the same side and Bruno and Big Joelinton

RE: Longstaff

Willock and shelvey at least for another season start ahead of him to when fit, I just think they offer more. I like Longstaff, I think he puts the effort in, there's no question of his commitment, just don't think he's good enough to take us to next level, he's not shown great improvement as others have under Howe.

RE: Longstaff

typical how little credit we got for winning, it was all about how bad arsenal were....in fact the only person who actually praised our performance was Artwata. Rolleyes
